1. Payment Policy

• Full payment for the trip must be completed before the commencement of the tour.

• Any pending, delayed, or incomplete payment may result in cancellation of the trip.

• In such cases, tripnxt.in shall not be obligated to provide any refund or compensation.

2. Identity Verification

• All travelers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID during the trip.

• IDs may be verified before boarding.

• No boarding will be permitted without valid identification.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

• tripnxt.in acts solely as a facilitator between travelers and third-party service providers such as hotels, transport operators, and activity vendors.

• tripnxt.in shall not be responsible for any acts, omissions, deficiencies, delays, or failures in services provided by such third parties.

4. Health & Fitness Responsibility

• Travelers must ensure that they are medically and physically fit to participate in the tour and any adventure activities.

• tripnxt.in shall not be responsible for any health issues, injuries, or complications arising during the trip.

5. Photographs & Media Usage

• tripnxt.in reserves the right to use photographs, videos, or other media captured during the tour for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes.

• Travelers who do not wish to be featured must inform tripnxt.in in writing prior to the trip.

6. Website Usage & Content

• All content available on tripnxt.in, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of tripnxt.in.

• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or misuse of content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Luggage & Personal Belongings

• Travelers are solely responsible for their luggage and personal belongings.

• tripnxt.in shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the tour.

8. Reporting & Departure Time

• Departure times are fixed and non-negotiable.

• Travelers must report at the pickup point at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.

• Travelers must keep the trip coordinator(s) informed of their status.

9. Air Conditioning Policy

• Air conditioning in vehicles may be switched off in hilly or mountainous regions due to safety, operational, or environmental considerations.

10. Missed Departure

• Travelers who miss the scheduled departure for any reason shall not be eligible for any refund, rescheduling, or compensation.

11. Alcohol, Smoking & Substance Policy

• Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or use of intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited during the tour.

• This policy is enforced for health, safety, and group discipline reasons.

12. Adventure Activities Disclaimer

• tripnxt.in offers adventure activities such as trekking, camping, biking, and other adventure sports which involve inherent risks, including injury, property damage, or loss of life.

• Participation is entirely at the traveler’s own risk.

• tripnxt.in shall not be liable for any incident occurring during such activities.

13. Code of Conduct

• Any form of misconduct, indiscipline, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

• tripnxt.in reserves the right to remove any participant from the tour without refund in such cases.

• tripnxt.in aims to maintain a cordial travel environment and a hassle-free experience for all travelers.

14. Force Majeure

• tripnxt.in shall not be responsible for any delay, alteration, cancellation, or additional expenses caused due to:

  • Natural calamities

  • Accidents or machinery breakdowns

  • Weather conditions

  • Landslides or road closures

  • Political disturbances

  • Any unforeseen circumstances beyond control

15. Insurance Disclaimer

• tripnxt.in does not provide insurance coverage for:

  • Sickness or medical expenses

  • Accidents or injuries

  • Theft or loss of belongings

  • Any personal or financial loss incurred during the tour

Travelers are advised to arrange their own travel insurance if required.

16. Itinerary Changes

• tripnxt.in reserves the right to modify or change the itinerary due to:

  • Weather or road conditions

  • Safety concerns

  • Local regulations

  • Physical ability of participants

Such changes shall not entitle travelers to any refund.

17. Vehicle & Driver Disclaimer

• tripnxt.in shall not be responsible for disputes or issues arising due to the driver.

• In case of vehicle breakdown, no refund shall be applicable as it is a mechanical issue.

• However, reasonable efforts will be made to arrange alternatives or provide assistance based on availability and local conditions.

18. Hotel Disclaimer

• Hotels arranged by tripnxt.in maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards as per their category.

• tripnxt.in shall not be liable for hotel-related disputes.

• Reasonable on-spot assistance will be provided wherever possible.

19. Limitation of Liability

• tripnxt.in’s liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid for the booking service.

• tripnxt.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

20. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
