Day-wise Itinerary
Day 01: Delhi / Chandigarh → Shimla (By Volvo)
Evening departure from Delhi/Chandigarh by semi-sleeper Volvo bus. Enjoy a comfortable overnight journey through the plains into the hills.
Overnight journey in Volvo.
Day 02: Shimla → Sangla / Chitkul
Arrival at Shimla in the morning. Freshen-up can be arranged at own cost (if required).
Later, proceed towards Sangla Valley in your private cab (cab remains with you for the entire tour).
Drive via Narkanda, Rampur & Karcham.
En-route visit Karcham Dam.
Reach Sangla Valley or continue further to Chitkul, the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibet border. Enjoy riverside views and village walk.
Overnight stay in Sangla / Chitkul.
Day 03: Sangla → Tabo via Nako & Gue
After breakfast, check out and proceed towards Tabo, entering deeper into Spiti Valley.
En-route sightseeing includes:
• Nako Lake & Monastery
• Gue Village – Home to the 500-year-old mummy
Enjoy stunning high-altitude landscapes throughout the drive.
Reach Tabo by evening.
Overnight stay in Tabo.
Day 04: Tabo → Kaza via Dhankar
After breakfast, visit the ancient Tabo Monastery (1000+ years old).
Later drive towards Kaza via Dhankar.
En-route sightseeing includes:
• Dhankar Monastery & Fort
• Pin Valley (subject to weather & road conditions)
Reach Kaza, the capital of Spiti Valley, by evening.
Overnight stay in Kaza.
Day 05: Kaza Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, explore Spiti’s iconic high-altitude villages:
• Langza – Giant Buddha statue & fossil village
• Hikkim – World’s highest post office
• Komic – Highest motorable village
• Key Monastery – Largest monastery in Spiti
• Chicham Bridge – One of Asia’s highest suspension bridges
Return to hotel by evening.
Overnight stay in Kaza.
Day 06: Kaza → Kalpa
After breakfast, check out and begin your return journey towards Kalpa.
Drive via Tabo, Nako & Gue, enjoying changing winter landscapes and white desert views.
Reach Kalpa by evening.
Overnight stay in Kalpa.
Day 07: Kalpa → Shimla
After breakfast, proceed towards Shimla via Rampur & Narkanda.
Enjoy the scenic Himalayan drive as your Spiti journey comes close to an end.
Check-in at Shimla hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 08: Shimla Local Sightseeing & Evening Bus Stand Drop
After breakfast, proceed for Shimla local sightseeing:
• Indian Institute of Advanced Studies
• Jakhu Temple (ropeway at own cost)
• Lakkar Bazaar
• Ridge Maidan & Christ Church
• Scandal Point
• Mall Road
In the evening, drop at Shimla Bus Stand. Board Volvo bus for Delhi/Chandigarh.

Day 09: Arrival at Delhi / Chandigarh
Early morning arrival at Delhi/Chandigarh (approx. 6–9 AM).
Tour concludes with beautiful memories of Spiti Valley.
