Day-wise Itinerary
Day 01: Manali → Kaza via Atal Tunnel & Kunzum Pass
Early morning pickup from Manali. Begin your adventurous drive towards Spiti Valley via the world’s highest highway tunnel — Atal Tunnel.
Post tunnel, the landscape changes dramatically as you pass through Chatru, Batal and cross the mighty Kunzum Pass (15,000 ft), often covered in snow.
Enjoy short photo stops near waterfalls, riversides and tea dhabas en-route.
Arrive at Kaza, the headquarters of Spiti Valley, by evening.
Overnight stay in Kaza.
Day 02: Kaza Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, proceed for full-day local sightseeing of Spiti Valley’s iconic high-altitude villages:
• Langza – Fossil village with Giant Buddha statue
• Hikkim – World’s highest post office
• Komic – Highest motorable village in Asia
• Key Monastery – Largest and most important monastery of Spiti
• Chicham Bridge – One of Asia’s highest suspension bridges
Return to hotel by evening and enjoy dinner in the cold desert of Spiti.
Overnight stay in Kaza.
Day 03: Kaza → Kunzum Pass → Chandratal Lake
After breakfast, check out from hotel and drive towards Chandratal Lake via Kunzum Pass.
Witness breathtaking Himalayan landscapes, snow patches and dramatic mountain views.
On arrival, explore the crescent-shaped Chandratal (Moon Lake) situated at approx. 14,000 ft.
Evening at leisure with stargazing (subject to weather).
Overnight stay in Chandratal Camps.
Day 04: Chandratal → Manali via Atal Tunnel
Early morning wake-up to enjoy sunrise views at Chandratal Lake.
After breakfast, start your return journey to Manali via Batal, Chatru & Atal Tunnel.
Short tea breaks en-route near riversides.
Reach Manali by evening. Tour concludes with unforgettable memories of Spiti Valley.
DAY 05: Dalhousie → Amritsar
After fresh up, check out between 6–8 AM and drive towards Amritsar.
Amritsar Sightseeing:
• Wagah Border
• Golden Temple
• Jallianwala Bagh (If time allows)
Check-in → Dinner.
Overnight stay in Amritsar.
DAY 06: Amritsar → Delhi / Chandigarh (By Private Cab)
