Refund & Cancellation Policy

At tripnxt.in, we aim to be transparent and fair with our refund and cancellation process. Please read the following policy carefully before confirming your booking.


1. Cancellation by the Customer

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
  • A cancellation is considered valid only after confirmation from tripnxt.in.

Standard Cancellation Charges

The following charges apply based on the time of cancellation before the travel date:

  • 2–4 months before travel: 5% of the total package amount
  • 1 month before travel: 10% of the total package amount
  • 20 days before travel: 15% of the total package amount
  • 10 days before travel: 20% of the total package amount
  • Within 10 days of travel: No refund on the advance amount paid

Note: Changes or modification of travel dates are not permitted within 10 days of the trip.


2. Cancellation Due to Missed Departure

  • If a traveler misses the scheduled pickup or departure for any reason, no refund shall be applicable.


3. Refund Processing

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used during booking.
  • Any bank charges or payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refund amount.


4. Vendor / Third-Party Cancellation

  • Hotels, transport services, and activities are managed by third-party vendors.
  • Vendor cancellation policies will apply in addition to this policy.
  • If vendors do not provide a refund, tripnxt.in shall not be liable to refund the amount.


5. Force Majeure (No-Refund Clause)

No refund shall be applicable for cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural calamities (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes)
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Road blockages
  • Political disturbances
  • Government restrictions
  • Any other unforeseen events


6. Trip Modification / Shortened Trip

  • No refund will be provided for:
    • Unused services
    • Early departure
    • Voluntary shortening of the trip
  • Any changes requested during the trip are subject to:
    • Availability
    • Additional costs (if applicable)


7. Vehicle Breakdown / Operational Issues

  • In case of vehicle breakdown or operational issues, no refund shall be applicable.
  • However, tripnxt.in will make reasonable efforts to arrange alternatives or provide assistance based on local availability.


8. Cancellation by tripnxt.in

  • tripnxt.in reserves the right to cancel a trip due to unavoidable circumstances.
  • In such cases, refunds will be processed after deducting applicable vendor charges, if any.


9. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Permits
  • Adventure activities
  • Peak-season bookings
  • Special discounted or promotional offers

These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.


10. Final Authority

  • The decision of tripnxt.in regarding refunds and cancellations shall be final and binding.


Acceptance of Policy

By confirming a booking with tripnxt.in, the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
